Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Long awaited CrowbCat' Switch exposing video.

Not his funniest work. He went a bit lazy this time IMO

Trying WAY too hard. Face it, it's the first batch of consoles. I remember my first DS was nicely split in half for me :) I just returned it and got a new one (along with a $10 gift card).

My friend's Xbox 360 also experienced the ring of death. Luckily, he got a new one and the 360 ended up being an amazing console

Seriously, Nintendo, what happened to your quality control? Dead pixels are FUCKING NORMAL!! Guess that means they don't feel they need to replace those consoles with them. Horse shit. Like I said before, I didn't agree with Iwata's vision for Nintendo, but he sure as heck made sure they put out a solid piece of HW.

This video scared me....

those people with switch not finding their games, with the freezes, with the screen/game glitches, with the sound errors ect.

Crazy theres so many dead switches out there already.

This thread ain't gonna end well...

I would normally just chalk up most of these to normal failure rates in mass produced electronics.  However, this time I'm not so sure.  Not with the cheap docks that seem to not be made to a standard mold and/or imperfections in the molding process.  The cheap locking mechanisms for the Joycons.  And, more importantly, Nintendo saying that your screen having dead pixels is normal for LCD screens.  That last one pisses me off actually.  If Nintendo fans put up with Nintendo telling consumers they're on their own when it comes to dead pixels, they deserve Nintendo going 3rd party, or worse.

Lol I love his videos. Happens with every generation of consoles/handhelds.

This is among the main reasons I wait at least one year before buying new consoles. Hardware problems are fixed, prices go down, features are added and the library grows a lot. I will never understand why some are willing to risk getting an expensive piece of potentially poor hardware that has almost no games to play.

Yea i'm the same, most of these issues are just failures that most devices suffer but the ones you pointed out are a bit frightening. I know my mate had the same issue with wrong strap being locked on his joycon and from what he told me it's wide spread but the dock quality is terrible and the fact it can scratch your screen (pretty severly as well from the pics i've seen) is outrageous.

Hot damn thats pretty bad
