These are from the weekend, not the full week. The other numbers are indeed from a full week. Considering that and the fact the UK isn't a very Nintendo market at all I'd say this is a good number.

I only bothered looking up WiiU and 3DS, those are both also just the opening WEEKEND.

"According to Videogamer, Nintendo has announced that the 3DS sold 303,000 units during the European launch weekend and 113,000 of those units were sold in the United Kingdom."

So no the other numbers are weekend as well.

NVM then, fixing that. Thank you for correcting me.

Not bad, though not great either. Nintendo tends to struggle in the UK so the Switch might be doing better everywhere else.

What is Nintendo LTD in UK for their consoles? Launch was bad compared to most successful consoles, but better then the utter flops.

Not bad, better than the wii u and that's always good.

Feels like an very "eh" number, better than wii u but still way behind the competition. It is the UK though, not really the nintendo capital. Hopefully it will increase going forward.

That's poor in my eyes, relative to the hype or false hope.
Still better than Wii U though, guess that's positive.

I'm actually surprised that there wasn't already a counter thread claiming how great the numbers are for a march release.
I'm proud of the restraint the NDF is showing.
