So its in the middle of 3ds and wiiu. Hard to tell how it will do just by that but least it's not the worst launch. Also lets not forget that the wii had lower launch sales than ps3 but the wii still outsold the ps3 by the end. Not saying the Switch will outsell the ps4 but rather saying that this doesn't mean the switch will be doomed.

Ebay and Amazon (£50 above RRP) are the only places you can get Switch in the UK.

Everyone else is sold out.

Smyths and base.com both recieved stock today and it sold out within 20min-1hr.

Nope, checked this morning Smyths have limited stock of both variants still and Argos has the Neon one available in some stores too.

Check again. Smyths have none left now. Argos has 2 neon units available nationwide, only available to be collected in store.

Apologies. You're right about Smyths stock at the actual store. They're only available in store though, no online and the major cities are out of stock.

Considering that and the fact the UK isn't a very Nintendo market at all and it's a soft March launch, I'd say this is a fairly good number.

I only bothered looking up WiiU and 3DS, those are both also just the opening WEEKEND. 

"According to Videogamer, Nintendo has announced that the 3DS sold 303,000 units during the European launch weekend and 113,000 of those units were sold in the United Kingdom."

So no the other numbers are weekend as well.
