To be honest: The fact that it's the highest rated game alongside GTAIV is rather evidence against metacritic's "critic reviews" than evidence in favor of BOTW.

Everyone knows that GTAIV was highly overrated by critics reviews. It is the perfect example of a game where metacritic's user reviews are actually more trustworthy than their critics reviews.

Yes, but what he tried to say is that, specifically, GTA IV's user reviews are more trusthworthy than the critic ones. Bringing up BoTW's user reviews is inconsequential in this scenario, because it doesn't add anything to that statement.
