I buy all systems at launch regardless, how is that not indifferent?

That's a weird form of indifference then, because indifference means that you do not care about something. Apathy. Although looking up the dictionary definitions, one of them is impartiality. You don't fit that one either though. Your conclusion states that Switch is "essentially just a locked down tablet that plays only Nintendo games", so you are falling into the trap of either repeating biased drivel you've read on the internet or it is your view to begin with. Either way, it's a clear and strong sign of bias that invalidates your claim of being indifferent in the sense of being unbiased. |
I buy all systems regardless of what games are available, i do not care about specific consoles, manufacturers or the bullshit console wars, i do not have any particular love for any particular console, ergo, i'm indifferent to them, they are merely tools with which to occupy myself with.
It is a tablet, it is locked down to playing only Nintendo games, neither one of those points is wrong.
Is it a tablet? Yes, it is, having wireless controllers that can be clipped on does not change the fact that it is a tablet.
Is it locked down to playing only Nintendo games? Yes, in the same way you cannot play PS4 games on Xbox one, or WiiU games on PS4.
If, in your mind, telling me i'm biased makes the things I say that you either don't agree with, or don't like, easier to deal with, then you can call me biased as much as you'd like, how you deal with things is of no interest to me.

Surely you must realize that saying "only Switch games" would be a lot more appropriate if that is what you really mean. |
Well no, because that wouldn't include VC, so if you want to be specific with it then Switch+VC rather than "Nintendo".
"experience with tablets and phones"..... duh
Why on earth someone would compare a videogame console with a tablet or a phone?
Anyway... personal opinions. I´m really curious about the reaction of this community users that are gettin one at launch

Because they are the same format and both play games?
NATO said: the tolerances in the note7 were not really why they messed up, the batteries are not supposed to expand, the note7 issue was more related to the battery itself being deformed during installation and insulative layers between two portions not being used, if an additional screw or clip was used to prevent the plastic from bulging out on the switch it would not effect the battery at all, it just wouldnt look like a chinese knockoff. |
From what I read the first set of Note 7 had battery space issue, that the battery pack expanded when charging/deischarging beyond the defined dimensions so the electrodes touched. Meanwhile the second batch had an issue with the batteries welding that irrupted the insulation layers (plus like you mention, some others missing the insulation at all).
m_csquare said: I heard that the system is draining faster than charging itself when using a powerbank, is this true? Also some reviewers said that if you play in docked mode, the system will never be charge to 100%. Can you please test this for us? |
It is a measure to extend the battery life. My own laptop does the same, but I also have the option to let it charge to 100%.
Zelda is for Kids.... can't see Stephen Hawking playing it and not just because he's a cripple.
