LOL even if majority people vote yes, it's still a theory , The theory it self is not applicable not even in real medical class.

Yes. It is fact based on current observations. Hell, you can see evolution in our own recorded history in various animals, plants and otherwise.

I think too many people fear it breaks the foundations of their beliefs, which is silly really. There is no reason creation wasn't managed via tools and natural laws such as evolution.

I don't think that is realistic. Evolution really excludes a purpose for god in creating life so the primitive concept of a god isn't required. Also lets face it you would not want such a god anyway. Life is  horrific, we live comfortable lives away from the reality of nature. An animal like a deer can be ripped apart in huge pain with a fawn inside both horrifically consumed with no regard for their suffering. As a mathematical evolutionary process without compassion it makes sense but apply a god to that and you have one sick bastard and certainly not a god that is going to provide some wonderful afterlife for all or who is compassionate. Religion is just pure garbage quite frankly, it's more about the human ego than it is about explaining why we are here. Religion is a disease of the mind, it corrupts reality and tries to spread infecting other people. It's hard to fight because the human ego protects it so strongly. Evolution has nothing, its a bitter truth that isn't very palettable to the weak  minded with strong ego's.

when thousands of years of scientific theory culminate in you being here, right now, posting in your disbelief and yet it still eludes you...

Evolutionary biology is applied in medicine all the time.

There are no such evolutionary transitions that have ever been observed in the fossil record of the past; and the universal law of entropy seems to make it impossible on any significant scale.

Evolutionists claim that evolution is a scientific fact, but they almost always lose scientific debates with creationist scientists. Accordingly, most evolutionists now decline opportunities for scientific debates, preferring instead to make unilateral attacks on creationists.

YOu are wrong about how entropy would be applied to evolution.  The Earth is not a closed system and thus the second law of thermodynamics does not apply.

I'm also curious about that Time poll you mentioned earlier (fairly sure it was you) that 80% of scientists believe in intelligent design.  Google got me nowhere so now I'm going to ask you to prove your claim.

I believe in the theory of evolution, mostly because I can see it happen around me all the time. However, I also believe that it is possible for a divine entity (such as God) to have created the world, and thus allow for evolution as we see it to happen.

I also believe in human biodiversity and that we should respect it by enforcing border controls.

Lol do you read the article, it's still on early stage. The evolution theory it's one of many way to learn the virus, but it's still not a practical until now, not until the research are done. And dont forget it's one of many way from many choices.

What? It's not a choice, either evolution is true or it's not. And research shows that evolution is much more plausible than anything else.

There are multiple types of Flu strains, every year researchers take note of the evolutionary changes in various strains and will then try and predict which strains will become more promonent during the next Flu season and counteract that with their vaccine.

But because there is a chance they might get it wrong... They build the vaccine to combat multiple prominent strains of the Flu.

We also take advantage of evolution and more specifically natural selection to breed-in and breed-out certain traits in plants, cats, dogs and other animals, the traits could be behavioural, could be size, could be colour... Doesn't matter. We use evolution to our advantage.

These people do not understand the basic principles of science, and what's worse they refuse to learn them. You're wasting your time trying to convince anyone who has taken the time to "do research" when in reality, all they've done is tried to find sources to back up the conclusion they want to be right, rather than studying the actual scientific research and drawn their own conclusion.

These people want to believe that science was right about electricity, automobiles, space shuttles, etc. but completely dropped the ball on evolution because that's a part of science that contradicts their faith because their faith can't possibly be wrong. There's no point in arguing because they're not listening.
