Just buy a standard casseette player.  I remember playing with one of those back in the day.

Well it is only 49.99 and seems to only be missing that. I may go for it, half price books said I could return it.

 

Just one of those old bulky cassette players right? Or any will do?

Any will do with an audio cable going from the audio out of the player to the 1000.
