Hmm, sounds like what we have been hoping for, for a long time. You know a Netflix for games basically.

Not the abomination that was the psnow.

Only $10 a month sounds like a good deal. Would have to look at the games available and how soon new games pop up.

This is great for some, but I'm not a fan of passes. I'd rather save the $10 a month and put it towards a game I really want and keep it for as long as I want.

Doesn't interest me as someone who uses Xbox for exclusives and prefers physical. Games aren't going to come to this service any quicker than they do Gold either.

But I guess another subscription service is easier to invest in rather than what Xbox really needs

I understand your feelings on it. Still, it's the service that you're paying for...not the games. You don't see the benefits to it? Just curious. I do agree about the paywall though.

I don't really find appealing the idea of services themselves. They start locking things behind them as to entice you subscribing, which makes sense I guess but further create value conflict. How long until certain games are released as service-exclusive or the likes. I'm a collector and I've always valued a collection (don't really care whether physical or digital at this point), but it would be terrifying if my collection could be rendered unplayable because I stopped paying somewhere else.

Absolutely agree. It was a feeling I fought with myself on PS Plus. Then the internet got tied to it, so I REALLY didn't have a choice. I'm not a big collector, but I still see myself as one. Love to look at the many games I have (whether physical and/or digital). Once you pay for it, it should be yours.

So it's like PSNow but with a better selection of games?

I mean, it makes sense. The price looks good too. You do you, Xbox.

EDIT: It's acutally downloading and not streaming, that's even better. Personally, PSNow, EA pass thingy and this pass ain't my cup of tea, I don't have enough time to play through many of the games but for those with the time, it's a great option to play some older goodies. I wonder if this was in the works for some time or it's a reaction from all the rough press they've gotten from canceling a few games and lack of exclusives, etc etc.

Woah.... I got the strangest boner right now.

I like that you actually download the games to your console.

If you have this and EA access, honestly you would have so many games to play you will never get bored. Thanks Microsoft.

Me too.  If all the games are available on Windows 10, then I'm on board.  If it's "select games" or some other bullshit, then no thanks.
