Good choice. Pat yourself on the back. Nobody cares who pre-orderes or cancels their pre-ordere.

There's the first person that couldn't help getting upset that Switch has sold ONE less unit at launch.

You should have kept the pre-order. These Switches will sell better than gold on Ebay.

We'll be taking turns with Zelda, playing 3 or 4 games concurrently, yet that will probably be it until Mario. It's a lot of money for 1 game, and we could have done that on the WiiU as well, but oh well. Maybe buy both versions and we can play together lol.
Perhaps I'll get 1-2 switch as well since my kids are already asking for it thanks to youtube. And it should be fun to play Lego city undercover again, yet this time in co-op.

That's fine. You can always get the console later. Better to wait than buy something you're not interested in.

If it doesn't make sense, it doesn't make sense. I'm sure come December, Switch will be $250-$279 with a pack in (1-2 Switch) and charging grip included in every sku. They're going to make sure they do all they can to let Mario Odyssey shine. I'll also be getting my Switch at a later date. I'd be spending around 500 too and I just don't have time to put down for Zelda. I've really gotta focus on my education.
