Was gonna post this. Seems like the joycons become less responsive or that their signal gets distrupted if something is blocking in front of them from the switch.

So basically like the Wiimote? I thought it was kind of... obvious that something can't be blocking their path for an optimal signal. I don't think reviewers are that... stupid? Xd

I would use the Pro controller for everything anyway just like I did with WiiU. Hate their tablet controllers

I think cause it's a new piece of hardware some might be more prone to automatically assume it's just a problem with the hardware itself cause it's new rather than thinking rationally about what might be the cause of it, lol.

and to be fair though, while GameXPlain's video does seem to show that the case is just interference and not a hardware issue, I would still wait for official confirmation on what it actually is. While I highly doubt it, since we've seen the joycons working perfectly in that video when there's nothing interfering the signal from it to the switch, it could still somehow be a hardware issue. If so I would hope that they could fix it with an update.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is a hardware problem. The tiny batteries in the Joy-Cons make the bluetooth radios in them very weak. What I am going to do is put the dock by my couch on an end table and use a long HDMI cord to the TV. That way the dock will be close to the Joy-Cons and will get a strong signal.

Hey! They got SONY on my amiibo! Wait a minute. Two great gaming tastes that game great together!

Can anyone explain how the hell no one had sync Problems at all that nintendo events? So many peoplw played BotW for 20 minutes times 100k people. No one had an issue. Are these other products?

The CrowbCat video is going to be epic

Interesting. Let's see how this plays out.

We don't know if it's a hardware problem just yet though. I'm not ruling out that it could be, I could see it going either way. If it is a hardware problem i'm gonna hope this is something they could fix with a system update.

Because they play very close to the main console.

Anyway, blunty shows an explanation on why this problem happens

Which make me think, this pretty much kills the main purpose of joyconn design. It's supposed to let you play on a relaxed position
