Some examples like Dragon Quest Heroes show on Switch less details and worse graphics than on PS4. DQH looks like on PS3. Especially the big games (Final Fantasy 15, next GTA & Mass Effect & Battlefield ect) are actually not possible on Switch.

I personally find it sad that the switch is hardly stronger than the old PS3.

None of these are true, and if you're going to make a thread trying to claim those things are true despite you KNOWING it's not true, then it's pretty obvious that this is just a thread for you to stealthily try to take false jabs at  the Switch and not a serious thread.

You try to say that Dragon Quest Heroes on Switch compared to PS4 shows that the Switch is too weak, but yet other games like Snake Pass look great on Switch along with the PS4.

Dragon Quest is not an example of how a game will look on Switch when ported from PS4, as we don't know how much time and effort went into those ports. (One of the Dragon Quest games on Switch looks like a Vita port with an upped resolution, for example probably in order to save cost). And you know this as well, but of course you're still gonna try and say that that is proof somehow.

That's like saying that Breath of the Wild shows how powerful the Switch is despite it being a Wii U game that was ported, it makes no sense. But I wouldn't be surprised if you tried that too.

So not only are you now purposely trying to spread false information that you know isn't true, you are now cherrypicking examples of ports that you know are not examples of how powerful the Switch is for ports to try to make it seem like proof that the Switch is too weak, despite nobody in the public knowing the true specs of the system yet, and people that have seen the specs saying that the hardware will be good enough for ports. It's pretty obvious what you are doing here.

Good try, but no.

Of course I would. Gimme a 800€ handheld that's 4 times as powerful. Or an actual home console that's 10x as powerful for 800€.

Yep, it's expensive as it is. They pack the power they could with that design, at a reasonable price. Still, I think that a mew dock with an extra GPU and fans is doable. But it would be a huge difference in power between handheld and home console, so I'm not sure about its convenience XD.

With great power comes great shitty battery life.

You say tomato, I say tomato

"¡Viva la Ñ!"

Seems kinda pointless, and all that would really do is make the price higher, and battery life even lower.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

what's the impact of this "upgrade" on the price? I need to say, whit Switch current list of games and the "just passable battery" $300 is already too much for the cosole. I'm ok whit the power, but a better Battery is needed, and anything over $300 is too much.

The sad part is that would still probably only just be barely stronger than a PS4, when docked.

Also 800€ is alot im not sure that many would get one at that price.

And Im not sure its possible to make a handheld the size of the switch as strong as a PS4... you would probably be looking at something almost the size of a laptop then.

Putting different hardware in the dock would defeat the whole purpose of the Switch. So either make it a home console or a handheld, not both at the same time.

Also I disagree that Nintendo delivers the maximum of performance for the price. There is significant room for improvement but Nintendo chose to go the cheap route and offload the resulting issues on the consumer.

^ epic :)

yeah that 2.5hours to 3hours of gameing already is short as is for the switch.

I would rather see them do a updated switch (just as strong) thats die shrunk so its cheaper and has better battery life.

That is what options are for. Samsung doesn't care if everyone can afford the new Galaxy S8. They just make it and then give a more choices for people who want to spend less.

That's why: I'm sure, 2018 a stronger switch-hardware(upgrade) with better battery and better graphics appears. A new version of Nintendo.

thats why i asking - Very simple question: Would you buy a stronger switch-hardware with better battery and graphics?
I'm looking forward to the result. I personally find it sad that the switch is hardly stronger than the old PS3. Do you want 2018 a better switch version? Then the hardware is future proof for developers. That is my opinion.

Not just that those downgraded ports would be posible on Switch but on PS3/Xbox360 if devs want to batter. So saying that those games are not possible on Switch isn't just true.Only thing we can get at end of 2018. is cheaper Switch Mini just for handheld gaming after 3DS dies, there is no was for stronger Switch so soon.

Switch hardware is strong enuf and Nintedo will make great looking games for it. Its actualy around 2-3x time stronger than Wii U (not to mentione PS3). So "hardly stronger than old PS3", also isnt true. I dont understand how you think to have stronger hardware and graphics than Switch has, and in same time better battery than Switch has!?
