Oh, that's right. Service is free for a while. I just wish they'd say something about the eShop. Not just VC, say something about the eShop at least. There isn't many games available at launch, it'd be nice to have some VC games to fill in the gaps.

How? Thats not even legal. They sent it to him.

It was stolen by a retail employee then sold to him, everyone involved has been identified and the retail employee has been fired pending an investigation.

Stolen goods are often returned if tracked down.
