Death Trap.

All the stories will end with "and that is how he lost his legs..."

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

But it's also perfect for chopping those damn pedestrians' and cyclists' heads!!!

Yeah... I don't want to be even close to that thing and its sharp blades.

Honestly, I'd prefer the homemade Colin Furze Hoverbike (at least the blades are covered): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=soxxPyaAT1k, or this other Hoverbike project from 2014 that's also more sensible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpko3CPHonQ

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Is this powered by a combustion engine or batteries/electric motor?

A $4000 drone with eight propellers lifts 8 kg at most and has a flight autonomy of 20 minutes:

So, the math... doesn't seem favorable to this one, assuming it's real and not something shady and possibly fake like the Korean avatar robot.

Besides, the concept isn't exactly new. It reminds me a lot of the world's smallest helicopter, whose practical use and autonomy was also dismal:

Let's remind everyone that a good old bicycle is the most energy-efficient transportation mean known to man and a cheap one will set you back only a few dozen bucks.

It´s batteries. Probably a 5 minutes autonomy at best right now. But things change...

Yeah, that Far Cry 4 minicopter runs on diesel, it´s cheap and very low tech. And, guess what, it really works. I would be afraid to drive one though. If it fails, you´re done.

When I need a vehicle that can carry me without luggage about 6 feet in the air and forward for a few metres and at an incredibly slow speed I will consider buying such a device.

Wow great job using your brain and critiquing a prototype.

Yes it could be improved 20% over the next 5 years and we get 6 minutes.
