Censored or localized and what did they change? I need to know specifically not just blindly vote. I am more frustrated with people who cry censorship at every turn when they don't understand what localization is 95% of the time.

I highly doubt it will get censored. The girl is just wearing a thong. A number of games (Watch Dogs 2, GTA V) have topless strippers grinding in thongs, so the occasional peek up her skirt will probably stay intact.
