Trademarks and patents are two different things.

This here is a patent. Tech companies make countless patents all the time, it's the job of their R&D teams to do so. Only a few patents end up as an actual product, but that's just how R&D works.



More competition is always good. As long as they add plenty of games and dont make stupid decisions like vita memory card, i'll support this idea. This is not just limited to sony
