Forums - Gaming Discussion - Tell us your last three games played and would you recommend them?

League of Legends: If you get good, and have thick skin then this game is just pure fun. Also much more fun with friends.

Nioh: Great game, possibly goty already. Games like these are what owning a console is all about. Onimusha+ refined battle systems= recipe for success. Highly recommended.

FFXV: Solid addition to the FF franchise.

Been on a GameCube binge as of late

1. Just finished Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for the first time. I don't love it as much as other people, but still recommend it. (8/10)
2. Before that, replayed(?) Tony Hawk's Underground. Good, but not one of my preferred Tony Hawk games. Still worth playing if you're into the series. (7.5/10)
3. What started my GameCube streak was finally going to finish the first Ty the Tasmanian Tiger game. Still like 2 and 3 more, but Ty 1 is a good first effort. The Outback level can go to hell, though. If you like decent platformers, why not. (7/10)

Stellaris: yes.

Dragon age origins: yes

Civ 6: hmmm idk. I'd recommend it if you're already bored with civ5. Otherwise, civ5 goty edition will give you more bang for your buck.

Overwatch, Gravity Rush 2, and TMS #FE.

Can recommend the first two, third only if you're into Jpop RPG weirdness.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

3 games I'm currently playing:

Persona 4 Golden (pstv) - oh yes really great game I highly recommend it
Tales of Grace F (ps3) - just played a bit over one hour so can't really say much
Final Fantasy 7 (ps1) - do I have to say anything about this game

the last 3 games I played through:

Outlast (ps4) - a very good horror game I'm glad that more and more horror games are comming to the ps4 from pc (the ps3 lacked horror games and now I don't to get them through steam^^)
Gravity Rush (ps4) - OMG what a game it's perfect the game-play is absolutely amazing please buy this game

Ratchet a Crack in Time (ps3) - one of the best game in the franchise highly recommend

Around the Network

Rocket League - GotY 2 years running
Overwatch - Best shooter I've played, not that I've played many but it's pretty damn great
Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone - This series is dead to me -_-

1. The Binding of Isaac

I highly recommend this one. It is addicting as fuck.It can be frustrating when you start because of a rather steep learning curve, but just keep playing it, you'll get behind it. The gameplay itself is flawless and fluid as hell. You start over and over again, always hoping for some overpowered item combination. And when you finally get such a combo, it is pure satisfaction to blast away each and every enemy with ease. There's also a shit ton of unlockables and a really good story with huge room for own interpretations. And there are no fucking tutorials. This is exactly how I want a game to be. I love it, I absolutely love it and I should have played it much earlier. Got it for Vita and 3DS.

2. Grand Theft Auto 4

I got GTA 5 for PC recently, but somehow wasn't satisfied with it. I remembered the physics to be way better (or funnier) in GTA 4. I also thought I liked the characters better and the handling of the cars and the story. Si I decided to get GTA 4 and I was right with everything. At least in my book, GTA 4 is just the better game. I only wanted to try it out but completed the game in the end and it was a hell lot of fun. Highly recommended to go back to it.

3. Cooking Mama 5: Bon appetit

Got this because my 4-year-old son wanted to have it. And it's actually a very good game for kids. The controls are straight-forward and it's fun to play. Difficulty is just right for someone who just gets around how to play games. You still can make mistakes, but it's pretty forgiving. It gets repetitive really fast for experienced players, but my son still loves it and he gets better at the single games, collecting more and more gold tokens. I recommend this for kids, but not if you're an experienced player.

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

Gravity Rush 2, Cyber Dimension Neptune and Fire Emblem Heroes.

I highly recommend GR2, I also recommend Cyber Dimension for the Nep Nep fans. I don't recommend Fire Emblem Heroes though.

Dead Rising: Shitty combat, escort missions and one of the worst follower IA ever designed by men team up in this disc-shaped disaster. A game only for wrights. Recommended: No.

Guardians/Denjin Makai 2: One of the best 2D beat'em ups ever made. Recommended: If you like the genre it's a must play.

Mortal Kombat 9: Congratulations to Netherrealm Studios for releasing a solid Mortal Kombat game. It only took them nine entries. Recommended: If you like fighting games and violence, yes.

Destiny Taken King - Nah

Battleborn - OK

Dragon Quest 8 - Yes
