Skyforge is an MMORPG that has been around since 2015. It’s a free-to-play title that has gotten quite a following. Apparently, enough of a following, that the team has gotten the go-ahead to put the title on the PS4.

Good to see. Going forward there's going to be a continued increase in pc titles coming to ps4

More F2P MMOs are always good for the console and boosts numbers of players if PC and PS4 can play together.... is this the case here?

I even heard rumours Bluehole were thinking of bringing Tera over the PS4, that's like a 5 year old game.

nope

No one plays it on PC because they fucked it up with ascension. Before that atrocious patch that ruined the game with horrible simplification the game was very active with players- there were a bunch of active guilds and you could PUG whatever you wanted. After ascension the playerbase left because of changes nobody wanted and no response from the developers on the important matter of the removed customization and end-game segregation between non-paying and paying players - before you could reach and play the endgame without paying, although at a later date, after ascension the endgame was available only to players who paid heavily

On Xbox you had to have gold to play f2p MMOs before but because PS4 allowed them to be free, Xbox changed their policy too. So now both consoles allow f2p to be actually free.

I thought this was common knowledge but I guess not. I spent the first few months of owning a PS4 playing Dragon Age for single player and then Blacklight, only got PS+ when my friends got a PS4.

Still sad that there is no DayZ on Ps4, remember when that was promissed? =(
