It's the only one I agree with.
edit: not the t-shirt bit, just the giving them money part, they can keep the t-shirt or sell it to someone else.

Cd Projekt red already did that with The Witcher 3.

I also don't get it, some say it should be in the main game which probably would mean to delay the game one more time and more budget.

Here's an idea, instead of literally wanting to give your money to an organization with billions of dollars in the bank because people are mean to them on the internet, perhaps give the money to these guys instead:

They literally save children's lives.
Just a thought.

Yea, that's what I figure.
Now getting upset over things like Retailer exclusive or pre-order bonus's are things that piss me off.
With DLC, if I want EVERYTHING, I can get everything. With pre-order bonuses from different retailers or other exclusive things, I CAN NOT get everything if I want.

Well you could argue that Mario Kart 8 came out first, and those two games are the pinnacle of DLC done to perfection.
Though I should state I don't know when the MK8 DLC came out.
mZuzek said: I know you shouldn't ever be taken seriously, but still. Announcing DLC before the game's release is unacceptable. It was only bound to provide backlash, and deservedly so. They really didn't have any need to do that, considering the content they're making is still almost a whole year away. |
Right how dare they let me know that they plan on supporting the game after its release. I'd much rather just be able to play the game and then trade it in at GameStop only to find out later that there is DLC that I now can't play.
Seriously is your only argument that they announced it 10 months before release??
Is that even a bad thing?? When is more knowledge, more time to plan and make decisions a bad thing??

Just look at the quote below, superchunk. You were wrong and you should know it. Meanwhile, all of my points still stand.

Except Amiibo isn't DLC in any concievable way. Its additional product that works with Nintendo hardware and software.
