It's why many comedians refuse to do shows at Universities these days. They know they can't speak "FREELY" and thus refuse to do them.

Yeah well you can't go to work at McDonalds (or anywhere) with 'Fuck You' tatooed on your forehead either. If you work for a family company like Disney you might want to steer clear of racist jokes (here's a pro-tip: your life is not going to end) that are recorded on camera. 

It depends on the format too, if you're doing a comedy show for adults and they know what they're getting beforehand, that's one thing, when you're associated with fucking DISNEY, yeah you might want to try using your brain once in a while when it comes to content.

Not the same thing at all. Youre not working at McDonalds to entertain people. Maybe Disney should take a look at peoples previous videos before they hire someone. Its just a big company shitting their pants over their own mistake and blaming someone else.

When you work at McDonalds, Disney, whatever corproation you represent that corporation. If they don't like what you are doing to represent their brand or don't want to associate what you are bringing to the table with their brand, they are well within their rights to tell you to take a hike. 

Pewdeepie is a nobody and no one will give a shit about this guy in 10 years anyway, Disney has broader issues to think about. 

They are, but he didnt start out working with Disney and Im sure he wasnt the one asking Disney to collaborate. I think your hate for Pewdiepie takes the front seat here.

That's how it used to work. Comedians used to only make fun of themselves. Well the good ones still do.

Now you just see them "RIP" on others. Or mostly the white caucasian/christian crowd. Just turn on any late night talkshow, or SNL.

I can laugh at a joke about myself, but when someone is making a joke about me it's not so funny. Like take Obama's angry translator on SNL. The two comedians Key and Peele have no hatred for Obama, they probably even love him, thus their jokes were funny. Now take SNL and their "jokes" about Trump or other politicians. They are all done by people who vocally 'hate' the person they are making fun of. It is no longer a joke in that case. It is being spiteful and mean.

But as for your muslim and telling anti-sematic jokes. highly doubtful. Muslims seem to the be only religion/cultue in the world that can not be joked about for some reason. It clealy can't be because they are a minoritiy, cause there is like billions of them. I'm guessing it has to do with the fact that torrism wins. People are scared of making fun of them because they threaten to kill you.
