It's hands down the best IP MS own right about now.

Gears 4 has its fans, buts is a massive misdirection for the franchise. Halo similarly has misfired lately. Halo Wars 2 won't be able to change the current trajectory of the franchise. PGR has gone the way of the dodo. Fable is finished.
