Great lineup so far.
I won't get the Switch yet, but I'll hopefully be able to get it next year and get some of these games.

Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, Xenoblade 2, Bomberman R, Arms, etc? However I like how it seems to you if it's anything over than that it's not worth noting (I mean wasn't the biggest problem of the Wii U is that it didn't get any 3rd party multiplats?). Btw there is litterally 1 Wii U Port being Mario Kart 8 Deluxe which at least has added content, and every new console gets 3rd party ports just look at the launch of every other console in existance, and I think the exclusive portability feature is more than a big enough trade off for it not running better on other consoles which even then will not run as well on as on PC. |
Mario Odyssey yes but thats a long way off but definitely a brilliant exclusive I'm sure. Zelda isn't exclusive. Xenoblade 2 definitely. I personally don't think Bomberman R is something that exploits the console, it looks fairly basic tbh. ''ARMS' definitely. So that's 3 titles of which 2 are sometime off. There is also 1-2 Switch which I guess exploits the console but I can't say it's a game that excites me.
There are probably 1 or 2 more but for me personally it feels like a lot of filler material. Many people are enthusiastic for these games so I accept its a personal thing but I find the Switch line up pretty terrible. A lot of it is at a quality level of the games I get free for the Vita each month thanks to psn plus. This is a long way away from what I wanted the Switch to be. I'd like to see a couple of original proper Switch games coming out every month with a wide spread of genres and some games that really push the hardware.
It's one thing to sell Switch consoles but its another to keep those owners entertained with decent software.

Noo i don't. indies are awesome though >_> have about 50 of them physical and many many more to buy and play.
But a mid new gen console having a big list of already released indies and some new ones are nothing to boost about.
