Watched it Saturday. It was fun, a lot of fun. But it's the kind of movie that I was more willing to wait when it comes to Blu-ray. But this was more of a family outing which made it worth it. Now, I would have enjoyed it more if I didn't had that strong sudden urge of urination during the last 15 minutes. But the best part of the whole movie was (SPOILERS)....

...Batman was fighting Daleks!

Going to see it next week, once half term is over and less kids are in there. Can't go wrong with caricatures of well known heroes, considering the main DC line of films is generally pants.

Hmm, pie.

From a non-Batman-fan: I thought it was okay. I think the best word to describe this movie is safe. It does not take risks. It tried to be funnier than it actually was (to me), but frankly I thought the Batman franchise needed a more lighthearted installment and this delivered. I didn't think it was as good as The Lego Movie though, mostly because it's just far less original. This isn't a Lego movie that features Batman, but a straightforward Batman story with doses of PG, family-friendly humor that the other Batman adventures lack.
