Ok, the BATMAN LEGO Movie just premiered last night. Who's going to watch it, or have you already?  And don't be ashamed to admit it because you know you want to see it.  We're going tomorrow afternoon.  My daughter and I watched all the trailers together yesterday.  Her favorite part was when Robin pulled off his pants.  Wait a minute... that didn't come off right.  Not the pants, what I was trying to say...  Eff it.  So are you, or aren't you?

Maybe (only due to my budget)

It looks better than almost every DC movies that came out to theatres.....except TDK trilogy.

Man, how depressing is that. Will Arnett playing a cartoon Batman is more inviting than any superhero project Warner Bros. has released in the last four years 0_0

Anyway, I'm interested in watching it. Don't know if I'll drop the money to catch it in theaters, but I'll certainly rent it.

Yea it's pretty sad.

But I gotta say, I love DC superhero cartoon movies! They do it way better than Marvel's!

Oh no doubt! DCAU is my favorite.

I know we're going off topic here, but the Marvel cartoons are either too shallow written for a bunch of 8 year olds, or their cartoon movies take themselves too seriously lacking any personality.

I really wish to see their movies on theatres instead. I also miss watching 2D animations in theatres.  Seems like big cartoon movies need to be 3D these days :(

Yea Mavel cartoon movies always seem to be off that doesn't make it entertaining; they're very bland/boring unfortunately.

Amen to that. There's something special about traditional 2D animation.

I was lucky to rewatch Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke in theaters recently. That was a real treat.

Aw lucky! I regret missing out on those two movies.  But you can always rely on Japanese anime movies to still keep it real with 2D.  The last ones I saw was the recent Yugioh Darkside of the Dimension and DBZ Ressurection 'F.'  I think the last big NA 2D movie was Disney's The Princess and the Frog?
