With the latest figures for the 3DS at 65.3M, it looks certain to me that the 3DS will surpass 70M LT. What do you think it will reach LT now? When do you think it will be discontinued? I think 2018

I think it's highly likely it will reach 70m. It depends how fast Nintendo kill the thing for whether it reaches 75m+. I feel Nintendo generally kill off their previous generation hardware a lot faster.

If it gets a new pokemon or monster hunter it's pretty much a guarantee it will even hit 75 million.

If it gets another Pokemon, which I think it will, it should last till 2018 so yes, I think it's possible
