I agree with this, but not the timeframe. I see E3 this year being a Fable 4 CGI teaser trailer with a Holiday 2018 tag on the end. Good prediction! Especially with the outcry that happened when Legends was cancelled and Lionhead closed, Microsoft definitely has something in the works for the series.
It will be shown off at E3 this year then 2 years later cancelled. The perfect Xbox strategy!

I doubt it as well, too soon. Lionhead was barely closed not even a year ago.

Also i played the beta and enjoyed it alot. I still have it on my dashboard and sometimes i run the game just to watch the loading screen and listen to the music. I can't play it, but at least i can relive the memories that way.

Whilst I agree for the most part, they must have an enormous amount of assets from Fable Legends that they can hand off to another studio. Art, story-boarding, character models etc.
Even some of the arenas could be re-purposed as areas for a full RPG.

well as bad as microsoft needs some exclusives, its not a bad idea and something i would really like to see.
