Forums - Politics Discussion - Trump Just Upset More People With Honesty

The intents of US and Russia are objectively different. But Trump is right when he says US has made mistakes.

He is right in this case but calling a compulsive liar "honest" because he's telling the truth once a month is a bit extreme.

America isn't so innocent. Is any leader in all honesty?

I am surprised by the amount of Americans who truly believe their country's morally superior. One thing I love about Trump, he's shedding light on the hypocrisy from the right & the left, and it's hilarious to watch.

It's probably the least stupid thing he said since he's been elected.

^ this.

Most presidents wouldnt have admitted to mistakes in this fashion.

This brutal honest.

Probably not. But there are degree's of innocence.

The US has more blood on its hands than most.

Yeah that is hilarious to watch. I just hope I don't get my visa blocked due to this clown if and when I get admitted to one  of the big american universities

Just a guy who doesn't want to be bored. Also

I think the reason this upset so many people is because though the US certainly isn't innocent, the political opponents of our leaders don't have a habit of winding up in jail or dead.

The U.S. has caused a lot of shit, but to defend Putin by pointing that out is a false equivalency.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

That's the reason I fell out with politics in the UK. It became about the personalities behind the policies and not the policies themselves, so all debates degenerated into attacking the opposition. That's where Trump has the upper hand. He has NO personality, just an urge to get done what he was elected for. That's how all politicians should be, whether you agree with them or not.

The PS5 Exists.

There we fucking go.

And therefore Obama and all of his circle had no damn right to criticize the Philippines' war on drugs.

Where was the outrage when US bombed a hospital full of civilians?

Fucking hypocrits.

Oh and not to mention all these things going under UN's radar.

So, now that he's admitted that the U.S. is an evil power, will he do the right thing and stop bombing people in seven different countries? Of course not. It seems more like he's justifying Russia's violence instead of condemning both Russia and the U.S.
