At no point is the woman ever sued. The one getting sued by this law is only the doctor. And thats only if he does the surgery without the knowladge of the father.

Of course  if they still alive we forgive them  . And also the penalty are  permitted if the one who commit adultary  are agree to be punish. If they dont want they just keep their sin secreet , they dont have to announce it to public or the authority . But if there is other people involving example a couple who having affair and it was cought with her husband or his wife then the couple that get cheated have right to forgive them or to give the penalty, but they also can replace with fine.

If you think it's very unhuman,. this kind of penalty are super effective that preventing from adultary, unwanted child, illegal abortion, and rape criminality, and also the it's save from HIV and other  sexual transmitted diseases. The ultra low rape and sex abuse on Saudi Arabia are extreamly low, compare to the rest of the world, especially US, UK and Europe that almost every day has rape case.

And also it's reduce the level of other crimes. Most of criminal that born are from  from broken family, and having affair, cheating, irresponsible parent, and unwanted child lead to broken family. And  a teenager that born from this family tend to do crime. 

 Well many people argue this is inhuman , and i understand that. But so far  the execution are almost non existent, because people are afraid to commit illegal adultery, at least they keep it quiet, and keep it as a taboo. And it's very rare to find the execution nowadays. 

But so far it works well , no big complaint, the country running peacefully and no demonstration and protest. Hell even people all around the world from Islamic majority population want to  live there, I am one of it. Several country like Brunei, also trying to follow this kind or penalty. In my country we implemented, but i would love to have one. :) 

But you just admit in your first paragraph that they frequently keep it secret so that they don't get punished. So, the fear of being stoned results in a much lower per capita rate of reported  rape, that does not mean that there are much fewer rapes.

But with that result no execution happen :) and no individual had been harmed and stoned. At least it keep it as taboo and people are fear to commit it. Even if there is no execution , it doesn't mean it cannot be reported. The victim can report but it cannot execute the penalties . This days everything got reported easily , from human right movement and other humanitarian movement, but so far no big cases being reported. So the reason it's so low it's not because people cannot reported but there is nothing to report. :) :)

As I said to you in my response, just because the reported crime rate is lower doesn't mean there's less rapes, as many people won't go to the cops for fear of punishment.

Again , it doesn't mean you cannot report. People who got raped will not be execute , the rapers are the one who get executed. And also the execution are  permited if both party (the victim and the perpretator ) agree to be executed in that way. So if they reported it doesn't mean the execution will happen .
