anyone should be allowed to have children. The issue is how many. I for one im a fan of the way china does it, one per family. If you have more you wont be forced to abort it, but you will have to pay a tax. I know it will favour the rich, but the bright side is that it will hinder the poor and they are the ones that should not have more than one.

Abortion would not solve any issue. As nice as it is, most people want to have a legacy and desendants, so it will always be prefer to haave your own kids. Cannot change biology.

It was not outlawed, this law just requires the doctor to have both parents consent after the first trimester of the pregnancy. If a women decides before that to abort, this law means nothing to anybody.

it was really more of an exaggeration. that aside, other countries may be poor and war ridden, but in the past 2 1/2 weeks our new president has devolved our country into a living hell. millions are losing their healthcare now that the ACA is gone, they are trying to get rid of EPA, our public school system is now led by a person who has never even been inside a public school, and as you can see, we now have laws that give rapists more rights than women. those other countries know that theyre in bad shape, but the people running the US arent going to stop anytime soon, no matter what anyone says

Im only going to respond to the current topic. But if you bother to read the article or the bill, and not just the title. You would realise that a rapist would go to jail and forfeit any right of the kid. So the rapist would have not even a say in the matter. And even if it is not a rape, the man still dosent have more rights than the mother. It just means she needs to repeal his veto, and most often than not, she will get the aproval.

Not only the mother but also the man. Well we dont kill them we , we stone them, 100 times ,   , if died durring  the process then all of their sin is is no more. Of course  if they still alive we forgive them  . And also the penalty are  permitted if the one who commit adultary  are agree to be punish. If they dont want they just keep their sin secreet , they dont have to announce it to public or the authority . But if there is other people involving example a couple who having affair and it was cought with her husband or his wife then the couple that get cheated have right to forgive them or to give the penalty, but they also can replace with fine.

If you think it's very unhuman,. this kind of penalty are super effective that preventing from adultary, unwanted child, illegal abortion, and rape criminality, and also the it's save from HIV and other  sexual transmitted diseases. You can check the specific data on Wikipedia and other source . The ultra low rape and sex abuse on Saudi Arabia are extreamly low, compare to the rest of the world, especially US, UK and Europe that almost every day has rape case.
