Nintendos profits are 4 times that of the entire sony corp. And that is with a failed wii u console! Of course microsofts profits are far greater than these two small companies but i think it would be smart for nintendo to buy sonys game division so that nintendo will have decent hardware and more prevelance in europe.

I don't think Sony would want to sell the one thing that makes them any money. Also I think Nintendo is more than fine on its own.

Im sorry, im googling this and the numbers dont add up. Nintendo is now much more profitable but, where is this "4 times more than Sony" coming from? Sony reported a profit of $796 million for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016/17. What are your sources?
