New personal high score, 375,000 points Im getting close to 400k. I don´t know how many points I need to have it with 4 stars but I hope I'm close to it. On a side note, I beat today Jordan on expert (I dont own GH2 I borrowed it from a friend since my GH3 doesn't work anymore, it cannot be read). Jordan was kinda hard, but still I got it on my 3rd attempt. It cannot be compared to Through the Fire and Flames or The Devil Went Back to Georgia, those 2 are on another level completely. I have Raining Blood with a score of 203,000 points, I need like 227,000 for the 5 stars. It will take me a while to get to that score (Raining blood is the only song I'm missing with 5 stars on the normal setlist on expert) I would get the guitar hero achievement if I manage to 5 star it.

I stopped playing regularly a while back and just recently started playing frequently again maybe 2 weeks ago in anticipation of GH:A.  I feel like I'm actually as good or better than I was and I've been pushing my career score ever higher.  The thing is that the beginning of TTFAF still kills me every time.

Part of my problem is that I literally don't have full use of my left hand due to a shattered elbow from when I was in Jr High (damaged nerves, they heal very slowly).  My pinky doesn't cooperate like it needs to (ie does its own thing typically) and while I can get along without it by going for raw speed in a lot of other songs this intro just doesn't allow for it, you pretty much need your pinky (or do the two handed thing but I suck awful at that).  

On the flip side when it comes to songs with extensive solos like The Devil Went Down to Georgia I do very well.  I can beat the devil probably 2 out 3 times now with the 1 time I don't usually being due to a lefty flip during a solo (still can't get used to that one).  I've had a chance to play the 360 version a while back with the DLC Boss Pack and I remember I 4-starred it, I remember it primarily because I was in a public place so I had a lot of people staring at me like I was (to borrow a line from Yahtzee) "A freak with a trained pet spider working the buttons".

I'm still working on TTFAF but its frustrating knowing that if my GD pinky would do what its told I'm beyond confident I could smash the solos.  But unfortunately its part of the song and the more I work at it the more I actually help rehabilitate my hand...just in the past 6 months or so its gotten significantly better.  So eventually I should regain full use (or so they tell me) and finally beat this damn song.

I'm breaking 300k now in practice mode at least....

I finally did it! I cleared TTFaF with 4 stars!! With a score of 405,369 points. Also have "the devil went back to Georgia" with 355,000 points, still 3 stars but good score nevertheless. Raining blood currently with 210,000 points. I have most songs now with 5 stars except for a few, like "slash guitar battle" with 235,00 points and some others.

Edit: I just 5 starred slash guitar battle with 250 000 points 

No more 3 stars, I have all songs with 5 stars except for 6 songs in the whole game, which I have with 4 stars, those being raining blood, Through the fire and flames, the devil went back to georgia, in flames, my curse and another one I dont remember.
