You're playing a game from 2007 with standards of 2017.

It's my favourite game of the series. For all the stuff mentioned in the OP all I can say is: git gud.

UC3 also had a pretty anti-climatic ending and a very forgettable villain.

I think the villain was, for the most part, decent. The writer for some reason choose like the most anti-climatic sequences for her and her team, though, I agree there.

When is came out is was very impressive. The Game is 10 years old now... what are you comparing it too?

I played and finished Assassins Creed (2007) 2 years ago and the only problem I had with that game was it being repetitive and the silly story.

I played it last year, and I liked it for the most part. I went in blind, and so I was really caught off guard by how well made it was. The gunplay and jet-ski parts were annoying, sure, but I personally don't really find the gunplay to be all that fun in any of the games. The exploration is great, and the banter between the cast members were fun enough for me to want to keep playing the rest of the series.

I agree with some other posters in here about 3 though. The plot was so disjointed I can't even really recall what it was about. Just started playing 4 a week ago...and so far it's a marked improvement, and has a solid chance at being my favorite of the series.

This is actually my second time playing, the first time I actually liked it since it was on easy mode.

Thanks but I'd rather play Bloodborne, much better game.
