Forums - Sony Discussion - I got a PlayStation Vita!

I only first played the Vita less than a month ago at my uncle's house, but I enjoyed it enough that I decided to purchase one when I found it for cheap. It arrived today in the mail! I also found a memory card for a fairly cheap price, too, as I needed it (i went with the original model as it has the OLED screen). The only game I have for it is Corpse Party: Blood Drive, which I had already owned before I got one. Here are some games that I'm looking for:

Persona 4 Golden (I already own and completed the PS2 version but want this one for it's updated features)
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster (I already own this on PS2, PS3 and PS4, but it's my favourite game of all time so I want it)
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection (I own this on PS3 too, but playing it on the go will be nice, and I can't really play on my PS3 that much as it's in the living room which my parents usually use)
Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus (Same as above)
Ninja Gaiden Sigma II Plus (Same as above)
Dead or Alive 5 Plus (Same as above)
Persona 4: Dancing All Night
Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma
Soul Sacrifice
Freedom Wars

What are some other games that you'd recommend? I was planning on getting the Danganronpa games and Virtue's Last Reward, but seeing as they're being released on PS4 I'm a bit hesitant.

Why would you get DoA5 on Vita when the more complete version is on PS4?  I'd say wipeout 2048, and puyo puyo tetris are good, but, the puyo game is coming to PS4 with exclusive translations, and wipeout is coming to PS4 too.  I use my vita for everything except playing games on now-a-days, honestly.

Because I like collecting the DOA games.

Definitly get and play Virtue's last reward before Zero time dilemma. Vitue's is an incredible game, trust me. You won't enjot dilemma nearly as much without experiencing VLR.

Saw some recommend Tales of hearts R, both danganrompas and Ys celceta.

I also recommend Legend of Heroes, trails of cold steel 1 and 2 if you enjoyed persona 4. Really good RPG's. Very engrossing, just like persona.

Theres lots of good recommendations here. The Vita actually has a very good library despite all the doom.

Oh, ofc, get uncharted GA if you haven't.

Zero Escape: The Nonary Games just got confirmed today for April in Japan, and should release quickly in the West too (maybe even in April too?). It contains 999 and VLR, you should wait and play it in that order: 999-VLR-ZTD.

Gravity Rush

MEGADRIVE, SNES, SATURN, PS1, N64, DREAMCAST, PS2, GC, XBOX, X360, Wii, PS3, Wii U, PS4, XONE, GAME GEAR, GBP, GBA, NGAGE, GBAP, DS, PSP, 3DS, VITA.

Its abit late to get one, but honestly its a great handheld.
Stock up on all the RPGs you can dude.

Excellent acquisition. Have fun!

I´d recommend Gravity Rush, Digimon CyberSleuth, Danganronpa and Rayman Legends (in case you haven´t played it on other consoles)

Another one. Wasnt there one just opened... a month ago or so...

There should be a little place separate, for all them little Vita conoisseurs. A small, dark niche, where the sun never shines.

Wow, 2 threads about the Vita created in a month! It should be forbidden, how dare we talk about something else than the 156232 Switch threads? ^^
