Forums - Nintendo Discussion - NoA: There are more than 80+ games currently in development for #NintendoSwitch

i saw 65 in that video. Not exactly promising. Definitely lacking heavy hitters. Thought there might be 5 impressive single player experieneces that'd i'd be interested in this year. only see 2; zelda and mario. Hope there's some e3 magic in a bottle somewhere.

80 games, We know already 68 of them, and not one of those game, is an upcoming AAA from a western third party.
Quite amazing.

Yeah, i predicted that would happen.  Figured it would get 3ds type support.  I really was hoping for just one though.  Just one surprise AAA western surprise.  Oh well.

I thought that Western AAA would be scarce. But none? Damn.

Oh wait Nba 2K 2018, this is the only AAA from a western third party that will be released at the same time as on the PS4/One.

The other fews, steep, skyrim are game that are late.

Maybe we can still hope for the next call of and Assassin's creed. Maybe.

OK then tell us what they are

1. How many of them will go to retail store as physical released?
2. How many of them will have a recognisable publisher?
3. How many of the 80 are indy game most of us couldn't care about?

I have to wonder if they're counting everything that's been revealed thus far, like the really twee indie games. I can't imagine there are only 15 or so games that are unnanounced in development for the Switch. Every few days an indie dev is announcing they're cancelling a Wii U project to move to the Switch or porting something to the system, it seems.

That sounds good. Hopefully we'll see those games materialize in the future...

They updated the list, but yet they still left out Binding of Isaac Afterbirth + as a launch title for some reason.

Yes, they have really been trying to emphasize this but I think a lot are indie games and first party games anyways
