To remember:

EAD Tokyo 1 => Mario Galaxy

EAD Tokyo 2 => 3D World

There are two of them now? Didn't know. What was EAD Tokyo 1 doing after they released Galaxy 2? Can't be Odyssey

I think that they were helping on other Nintendo games.

EAD do not longer exist. Now is EPD

EAD 2 also developed Animal Crossing and Splatoon. EAD 1 was behind Nintendogs so it really could mean anything.

Not EAD Tokyo. Team 1 created the original Super Mario Galaxy and 3D remakes of Zelda Ocarina and Majora, while Team 2 took care of Galaxy 2 and the Super Mario 3D series. I don't even know which one does take care of Odyssey, probably Team 2 which is a much bigger team.

Yeah, it's singular EPD now. But, I will recall that Nintendo EAD 2 at the time said they were already working on their "next big challenge" after they released 3D World. So I'd imagine it's them or at this point a combination between EAD1 and EAD2.
