If it's not a replacement for the 3DS, then I think 20 million is an interesting threshold to consider. If it is a replacement for the 3DS, as well as the Wii U, then I think 50 million is the threshold to think about.

The main problem of predicting lifetime sales of a console, especially now that we have mid generation updates, is that we have no idea how long that lifetime will be. If Sony calls every console they make from here on out a PlayStation 4, then 150 million is nothing. But, if PlayStation 5 comes three years from now, 150 million is totally out of the question.

I could honestly see the Switch doing anything from 25 to 50 million.

OT: Yes, it probably will, with some help from both the 3DS and Wii U owners and some new customers, this shouldn't be hard. It can sell twice that as well, unless things go really bad.
