Reggie is going around telling the press that the Switch will coexist with the 3DS.. This is a LIE. It is the exact same lie that Nintendo told you in 2004 when the nintendo ds was released. Think about it, if Nintendo is actually serious about keeping both DS and the gameboy line in the market at the same time they would be in competition with themselves and that would force developers to split their efforts making games for both platforms or force them to make a choice between an aging system.
Now say good bye to the 3ds, because the Nintendo Switch is pulling a quick switch on you. Their own trailer showing off the portability factor with people on planes, rooftop parties, and for some reason playing basketball on it while at a real basketball court. All this while they're trying hard to appeal to people that it is also a home console.. pffft yeah right, don't let me get started on the on-board storage, and the price.
