Alright so I'm back after my leave of absence(if anyone remembers me but whatever)

Anyway I usually have asked your first for different genres of games so I'm asking what your first switch games will be for the launch year of 2017?

Well I'll probably get it around the holidays, so my first game will be Mario, as is tradition for me.

Followed by Splatoon 2 and Zelda

Zelda for me. Other than that, I guess we'll have to wait and see what's released. Would love to play Xenoblade this year, but who knows?

Of course not all of those may make 2017 in the west and then theres the chance of unannounced 2017 games... also I may have just forgot some exist

Ignore the higher resolution and the smoother fps and stuttering and all that.

One should get the Switch version for the sole fact of loading times. Don't know how much loading will be needed. Guessing later in game when you get the inevitable teleporting method you will start having loads when doing that.

But saw video comparing the two and it was like a 13 second load time for Switch, compared to 29 seconds for Wii U.

If it has anywhere near the load instances as FF15 had, it's worth upgrading early for load times. FF15, I could go an dmake a sandwitch each time I loaded it felt like.

I'll go with the obvious Mario and Zelda!

It doesn't really make sense talking about anything else. I'm getting pretty much every major release, unless Splatoon 2 pulls the same anemic launch content and scheduled map cycle BS as the original.
