not being a truly home console? 23 5.76%

not being a truly handheld console? 3 0.75%

the battery life? 14 3.51%

the graphic department? 24 6.02%

nintendo not following the 2 others path? 6 1.50%

not enough games? 73 18.30%

all of the above? 96 24.06%

just because? 27 6.77%

Total:399

Honestly the price isn't that terrible, tough $299 should probably include a game. What's really missing is a killer app though. Right now the Switch is like the Wii without any notable motion control games and only Twillight Princess.

Nintendo announces it's new console. There's no gimmick, it's just a tasteful little box. It's compatible with, but does not include, Wii remotes so it can still get games like Just Dance. It just has a normal controller with a headphone jack. It's half as powerful as a PS4. Nintendo announces that all first party games will run at 1080p/60, and the system will cost $199.

That system is totally feasible and I would buy it day one.

All of the above. Sadly the hybrid design is wasted on me . After I realized I didn't play my DS & PSP nearly enough, I skipped 3DS / Vita. So I would much rather Nintendo made a good home console, or din't make one at all.

Tell me about it...Earlier I posted what I would want out of a Ninteno console, but instead we got an over-priced handheld that doubles as an underpowered console :(

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

My main gripe is the software library overall looks thin, even from Japanese developers.

Like how about a Ridge Racer, Namco? Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Capcom? MGSV port (360/PS3) Konami? Seems like a lot of missed opportunities.

Not being a home console "AT ALL", power, paid online, lack of interesting games.

Price. It's way too expensive here. 330€ without games.

To play on a TV it's more expensive than a Wii U with roughly the same graphics and gameplay considering the limited inputs on the joypad.

So for me it's basically a more expensive and smaller Wii U with the same games: Mario, Zelda and Xenoblade.

It has Xenoblade 2. I can gloss over everything else.

Lack of achievement system.
Price.
Lack of Pokemon games.

Achievement was already confirmed in the patent, I believe

NNID : ShenlongDK
PSN : DarkLong213

Price, peripherals price, game price if its a handle mainly, and if home, lack of power, both cant go well togherer for me. Not enough game who interest me (only 3 atm)

But i will end buy on when this get a price cut or 2, in 1-2 years anyway because i cant miss a Fire emblem ^^

Switch price/ battery life/peripheral price/online payment

Games and the WiiU.

very few games that im interested in and I don't want another console sitting in my wall unit collecting dust if it turns out to be another disaster. Come 3 years from now if I see that the console is a success with lots of cool games then I'll be convinced to buy one.
