The reason I put two predictions is because Nintendo has been utterly confusing with their Switch marketing. Nintendo has stated its a home console, but some are saying its replacing the 3DS. Now if it is replacing the Wii U, and we do see a Nintendo handheld along with this, I can predict it will sell less than 15 million. Its making all the mistakes the Wii U had, and has a far inferior launch lineup. Now if its replacing the 3DS as well, it will of course sell better. But it'll still be down plenty compared to the 3DS due to a mostly poor lineup, and a higher launch price, as well as poor western support, and the growth of mobile gaming in Japan. Now if I'm wrong, well bump this in 3 years and I will laugh along with the community about my terrible prediction, and such and such. If I'm right, well I'll just bump this and laugh at everyone who was dead wrong. I really hope things change for this console, but I just don't see it.
Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
