And the price will be Nintendos main issue, at least outside Japan.

I'd expect this holiday it will have deals were its cheaper and bundled with a game, and that will probaly help, especially since by that time it will have a good library of games. But the difference between this and the 3DS is that you get a lot more for what you pay for as its straight up console like graphics in a handheld and It comes included with a dock making it a home console so its like a 2 in 1 experience.

It needs to sell very soon. Otherwise even japanese thirds will sell no games and Switch be dead quickly.
And honestly, console graphics 2017 are technically more impressive.
It's a highend handheld i can plug into my TV.

Can u explain to me why basically the console with +- the same spec is a successor ? Switch is 6years later Wii U if we talk about home console gaming.

Specs doesn't have anything to do with it, it's coming out after the Wii U so it is succeeding it as a successor

I think people are underestimating how price conscious Japanese consumers are. Switch won't do well until the price is right.

Loyalists put the brunt of the faith in Japan who is weaker in sales than the west when they hear educated skepticism coming from westerners about Nintendo.
