Simple question:

Before it was free of charge, now it's a subscribing system like Sony and Microsoft.

Personnally I won't, I don't want to buy a 300+ console, paying the games AND paying a subscription to play the game I already bought. I will keep enjoy 3DS and PC free online play. It also means Splatoon 2 become useless to me.

Will you pay or will you stop playing online?

I already ditched PS+. Not bothering with this silliness.

If it's cheaper than 60 a year or whatever it is on ms and sony then yeah.

Well, I mean, If Nintendo decides to give away free games each month as Sony and MS do and if said free games turn out to be amazing games - as opposed to the very average games Sony and Ms usually give away - Then I might consider it.

One year for Splatoon and MK and I'm done.

I havn't payed for online ever. The closest I went to paying for online is almost forgetting to cancel my ps+ trial. Infact, when I heard that xbox was doing such a thing way back when, I skipped the console entirely and same with the 360. I got my ps4 so much later due to that as well.

So the question is before I fully make my decision, how much will it cost? Nintendo's site doesn't mention anything about cloud saves and etc so it gives you less things than PS+. So is it going to cost $10-$15/year? If so, maybe but if its anymore, I think it will go the way that ps4 went and I will buy the Switch a lot later and not pay for online.

Oh and that maybe doesn't mean an automatic yes

I'm not a huge fan of online gaming anyway, and I think paid online gameplay is a huge scam anyway, so that's definitely a no unless some unforeseen greatness makes it ridiculously hard to resist paying.
