720p and up is a fairly crisp image, below that is when it starts to get blurry.

Modern post processing effects really help as well. For example, Titanfall 2 looks fantastic on X1 in spite of 720p resolution.

How about instead of criticising people for not looking at the 'other side', you try and look at both? The Switch is a hybrid console, it is naturally and justifiably going to be judged relative to both the markets it claims to exists in. On the portable side, yes, i'm sure it'll look great. On the home side though, people are perfectly justified in being disappointing that a 1st party AAA title on a brand new 2017 system that costs more than its competition is running at a resolution many already found disappointing 3+ years ago.

It's fine if you believe the Switch's positives outweigh its negatives, many will agree with you, but if you're not going to respect others perspectives don't expected them to care about yours.
