Since my Vita is finally arrived, I'll give my review about it.
Compared to my New 3ds xl, the Vita is superior in every way. the design, the screen (I bought the OLED version btw), and the UI just make the 3ds look just like a cheap toys. The only downside (for now) is the button is smaller than my 3ds (I have a large hand) and it'll take some time for me to getting used to the Vita's analog stick.
Despite it's flaw, It's still the first PS device I owned since PS2 and I'm happy to become Sony fanboy again.
A handheld gamer only (for now).
