I think every XB1 game has better digital to physical sales...... or at least so some will have you believe.

Seriously though, I think physical sales will always be better than digital for games that have both until we have a console where you have to buy an addon to be able to play your games via disc.

DriveClub VR possibly. It was half off from the start with the season pass and doesn't have many sales beyond hardcore DC players I think. Plus swapping discs with a VR headset on is inconvenient.
