There is one day left of 2016 and we were informed that a 60fps pro patch was in the works due for December 2016....Im still waiting SE!! They have seemed to go hush on the subject -_-

How's a tiny CPU bump going to achieve 60 FPS?
Well considering it took them a decade to make this game I have to assume that this patch will come out sometime around 2019.

Quz it can easily be achieved + they already said it was running 50+ fps and can make it 60.
FfXV is not a demanding game it doesn't look that good.
At the end though doesn't matter ffxv runs perfectly fine on ps4

It doesn't look that good because it's on a PS4. It's a demanding game because it's on a console. Demanding =/= looking good.
It's a huge open world so of course there's going to be limitations. It ain't Uncharted 4.

It's locked at 30, not sure where you get your info from. Digital foundry already showed it runs at 30, unless a recent patch says otherwise.
