Yes and IF the Switch is a success. But we don't know that yet. We don't know the official price of Switch. We know very little about the games coming to Switch, not even launch lineup, how's the 3rd party going to be or 2017 in general. How much are the games going to cost? Release date? How Switch release will affect 3DS and PS4 hardware sales? What if it's the 3DS that stays alive and cannibalizes Switch sales more than expected?
PS4 has sold 4 million now and by the time Switch releases it will have sold more. Switch could very well end up with a slow start like the PS4. Switch is not automatically safe from the general decline that has happened in the japanese market. Switch could easily fall behind 3DS first year sales and that would mean at least 1 year to catch PS4 hardware sales.
With the information we got at the moment, it is straight up blind guess to call Switch sales at all.
