Try other games apps, it happens to me when the game is too much for my phone or something

Downloaded final cronicle to to see if it has to do with the game...but the same thing here, after some seconds the game stopps and i'm back on the startscreen of the phone, so i believe it must have to do with the phone...

Check the settings for energy and apps, maybe there is something to be adjusted there

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I had crashing issues with Final Fantasy Brave Exvius on a 1GB ram tablet. Menus got slower over time and it crashed eventually. Runs without issues on a 3GB phone.

They fixed the memory leaking issues and it runs fine on the 1GB tablet now, but if you have the the 512MB of that phone this could be the bottleneck.

You can forget most Android games with only 512 MB RAM.

Your phone is probably too weak. My kitkat phone can barely play Pokémon Go. It stutters bad. My kitkat tablet has more ram and can manage better. I can play Mobius Final Fantasy on it, but sometimes it closes out when trying to start or while playing.

That would be sad, tried to reset the complete phone and download again, but nothing changed, same problem

Read mobile phone game reviews they are full of people complaining about such things

So, I downloaded it, completed the tutorial, with no issues and then a big download started, it's easily around or very likely over 500MB, so that's definitely the issue with your phone, it lacks room for it.
I don't know if the game and/or the updates can be transfered to a SD card, if they can, you just need to get one to be able to play it, 8GB cards are pretty cheap nowdays.
But I really don't know if the game let you transfer data to the SD, so I'll look it up a bit.

That could really be, because with the game downloaded it shows me 586mb free space remaining, so it means that it could be the problem if you say the big download after the tutorial is over 500gb. Because i see a download that goes normal, and second one going fast, so maybe there isn't enough space on the phone. But like you mentioned i will look for a sd card

The Android version my phone is currently at is 6.0.1 so your phone may not be able to run the game.
