No they don't its Palestine's land and people should stop them from building settlements. It all belonged to Palestine just look at the map before World War II. The only reason Israel has so much land and Palestinians are restricted to small sectors like Ghaza is because the USA gives Israel billions upon billions in cash and weaponry.
