Forums - General Discussion - Man kicked out of airplane for speaking Arabic

https://mobile.twitter.com/omgAdamSaleh/status/811531782982078464/video/1

I find this very disappointing. What's even worse is the people waving goodbye and smiling that he's being kicked off.

Edit: so apparently he's the type of person to make those stupid pranks. Question is, are they simply dumb, or are they "isis on planes!" Pranks? Even if they're horrible and not funny, it'd be a bit shallown to kick him off if it isn't anything bad

Edit 2: fuck it. Could a mod lock this?

Good riddance then. Those types of pranks are in bad taste.

“Simple minds have always confused great honesty with great rudeness.” - Sherlock Holmes, Elementary (2013).

"Did you guys expected some actual rational fact-based reasoning? ...you should already know I'm all about BS and fraudulence." - FunFan, VGchartz (2016)

All it takes is a 30 seconds to search this person and Google to realise he is an idiot. Hope Delta sue him if their profits start to fall.

Why would you count down in arabic on a plane, other than to scare people shitless ?
Thats like Yelling "I have a b*mb!" on a plane, you just dont do it.

Senseless and mean thing to do.

My favorite prank is putting a rubber band on the handle/trigger of a flexible faucet. So when the person turns on the water they get sprayed.

There should be a line, that if your prank makes people socially uncomfortable regarding well-being, then you should be treated like an adversary.

The question is, why does counting down in Arabic scare people shitless? If the man counted down in English, would he have been kicked off the plane?

However, this kind of behaviour is stupid. If he was fishing for a reaction from the passengers and employees, and got it. Then he shouldn't complain. This whole act is childish and only puts fuel on the fire of a current issue. He doesn't help, he only makes things worse, and for no reason other than being a dick.

It's human nature to fear things that have done terrible things in the past. After what's been going on in America lately do you really want to scale back suspicious? It's profiling and its been happening to many other races besides Arabs. Is it wrong? Hell yes. Does it destroy what America stands for, hell yes! But America has become a different place really quickly. Well, it has become a different place for some but for others, like the people clapping and waving, this is 'their' America and they see nothing wrong with it.

it's just a language. He was speaking to his mother on the phone in Arabic. Would he get kicked out for talking to his mom in English? If that was the case, I think the way Delta handle it was wrong.

On his other prank videos, I've never seen anyone getting kicked off a plane for doing that in English. Like counting down before take off for example.
