Forums - PC Discussion - X4 is in development!!!

One of the best space sim, X series is getting a new game. More info: http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=392987

I just wish X4 plays like X3TC/AP rather than like X:rebirth or Elite Dangerous

That reminds me that I still have to play the X3 games (I got the whole X series during a Steam Sale years ago).

Space games seem to be more popular nowadays, with Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, Master of Orion or Galactic Civilization III.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

It plays more like a Single player Eve-online (but you get to actually control the ship) rather than ED or SC. In ED or SC, you are locked to one ship only. In X3, you can actually set a command to your fleet, traders, or miners. You can also make an empire in X3

If you can get pass thru its very steep learning phase, slow gameplay (if you're playing a capital or trader ship), and messy UI, you will have  a wonderful time with X3.

I saw the title and thought you meant the 4th xbox lol

That's a very big IF!

At least a slow gameplay isn't a problem for me.

Should have come out before Star Citizen. Now it's just gonna be ignored like usual.
